Through the elements, beyond the self

Reflective and artistic meditation combined
A unique combination of inner and outer meditative practices and the coming together of east and west. Through inner reflective meditation and ink-painting exercises, one is challenged to experience and respond to the foundation of life through the 4 elements. Both artistic and meditative practice can help to get in touch with a deeper flow of life, beyond the ego or self. It can help elevate one’s body, mind, and spirit.
